come-back-wait-no-go-away asked: You are probably one of my favorite fitness blogs <3 I'm 5'6 and weigh around 160 (I iz a fatty I know) and I just started doing Zumba and shockingly it burns a lot of calories lol but anyway I was wondering if I worked out 6 days a week and burned 500 calories a day would I have the progress as you??

Thank you so much<3 I actually haven’t tried zumba yet! I’ve been wanting to. And I mean yeah hat’s what I did to lose 16lbs in 2 months. And I mean everybodys gonna have different results but you’d definitely get good results! (:
